Work with building managers, agents or their representatives to upgrade lobbies, foyers, facades and amenities including kitchens, bathrooms to full DDA compliance requirements, as well as upgrades to building essential services.
Base Building Works
Undertake base building de-fits, strip-outs and make good to vacated tenancies.
Project Cost Planning, Budget Forecasting & Development Surveys
Offer advice on buildability, budgeting and cost planning for projects. Provide cost estimates for planning and buildability purposes. Provide value engineering input to reduce costs by offering effective alternatives.
Project & Construction Programming
Provide detailed construction programs for planning and implementation purposes.
Design & Construct
Work with our extensive network of architects and service consultants to deliver projects to our clients and all stakeholders, from early concept stage through to project completion.
